FAQ

What is the difference between Regular Bone Broth and AIP Compliant Bone Broths?

The only difference is in the ingredients. AIP Compliant bone broths are made without onion, garlic, peppercorns and tomatoes. Unfortunately at this time we do not yet offer an AIP Broth

How are Wunder Bones Broths Different?

Wunder Bones Soups are meant to be full flavored ready to drink broths!  Not only do we use sustainable sourced organic bones and vegetables but we also add a substantial amount of organic meat to produce a depth of flavor and umami that is intense and satisying.

How is the broth made?

We take our pasture raised bones, organic primal cuts of meat and filtered water and set it to simmer on low for the next 24-36 hrs. Once the bones have given up all their goodness we remove them and add organic vegetables and other aromatics to round out the flavor profiles and intensify the broth. This process yields a flavorful, gelatin and nutrient-rich drinkable bone broth.

How is the broth delivered?

We use FedEx 3-5 day Ground for our nationwide delivery. Our bone broth is shipped frozen within an insulated liner and packed with 5-10lbs. of frozen gel packs to ensure it stays within safe temperatures for the entire trip to your door. Upon arrival, your broth should be refrigerated or frozen until use.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and we've received payment, we'll send you a confirmation email. We ship every Monday (with the exception of holidays when FedEx is closed, those weeks we will only be able to ship west coast deliveries) to ensure delivery no later than Friday.  Order cut off for Monday shipping is the end of business day the Friday before.

How is our bone broth packaged?

Our bone broth is packaged in a 16oz. freezer safe, BPA-FREE stand up pouch.

Can I microwave the broth while in the pouch?

NO, please don't do that. Please refer to our preferred reheating method below for instructions.

How can I thaw and reheat the bone broth?

We recommend first thawing it in the refrigerator overnight or by running it under cool water until thawed and then heating it in a saucepan over medium heat on the stove.  Please do not allow the broth to come to a full boil, a light simmer is all that is necessary.

Can I cook with Wunder Bone Broth?

ABSOLUTELY!!  Basically anywhere that water is used as an ingredient you can substitute bone broth. We will be starting a recipe page soon so stayed tuned!

How long will the bone broth last?

Your bone broth will last up to 7 days refrigerated and up to 1 year frozen.
